Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using EyeMail Studio ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use EyeMail Studio for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose without proper authorization;
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in EyeMail Studio;
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials;
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server.

3. Account Terms

You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. EyeMail cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Billing, Renewals & Refunds

A valid payment method is required to activate a subscription. The Service is billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, and subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Monthly plans. Your card is charged every 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel at any time and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans. Your card is charged once per year at the time of purchase. Annual subscriptions include a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase and are non-refundable after 7 days. You retain full access for the remainder of the year and may switch to monthly billing at renewal.

Partial periods. There are no refunds or credits for partial months of service or for unused time on an open account.

Failed payments. If a payment fails we will retry the charge automatically and notify you by email. Your access may be paused until the payment is resolved.

Plan changes. You may upgrade from monthly to annual at any time; the new plan begins immediately and the remaining monthly balance is prorated. Downgrades from annual to monthly take effect at renewal only and do not trigger refunds.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, or cancel your account by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds are provided for unused time. All of your content may be immediately deleted from the Service upon account closure. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.

6. Modifications to the Service

EyeMail reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to EyeMail Studio. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours.

8. Privacy and Security

Your use of EyeMail Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Disclaimer

The materials on EyeMail Studio are provided on an 'as is' basis. EyeMail makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

10. Limitations

In no event shall EyeMail or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use EyeMail Studio, even if EyeMail or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
